At Counseling for Peace of Mind, we provide individualized, evidence-based therapy for clients of all ages from children and teens to college students and adults. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, disordered eating, or the emotional demands of high-performance athletics, we’re here to support your healing, growth, and resilience.

We take a collaborative, strengths-based approach and, when needed, coordinate with medical providers, nutritionists, coaches, or family members to provide comprehensive care.


Individual Therapy Services

(For children, teens, college students, and adults)

Child & Teen Therapy

We support children and adolescents through challenges like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, or school stress. Using developmentally appropriate tools such as play therapy techniques, CBT, and mindfulness, we help young clients feel heard, safe, and empowered.


Anxiety & Depression Treatment

Children and Adult

Whether you’re a teen, college student, or adult, we help you identify emotional triggers, develop practical coping skills, and build resilience. Common concerns include:
  • Chronic worry, racing thoughts, or panic
  • Sadness, irritability, or hopelessness
  • Social withdrawal or academic/professional burnout

Eating Disorder Recovery

We offer specialized treatment for individuals experiencing anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or disordered eating. Our approach includes:

Therapy for Athletes

Middle School – Adult (Including Retired Athletes)

Competitive and high-performing athletes face unique pressures — especially when dealing with anxiety, injury, body image, or burnout. We offer tailored therapy that supports both your mental health and athletic goals.
